Shipping

Items will be shipped out within 72 hours of purchase using the shipping service selected at checkout. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. Shipping on items is fully insured and tracked worldwide.

Live event purchases will be opened as described, and items will be shipped out 72 hours after the specified date of the event. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. 

​

Domestic shipping inside the UK will normally take 1-2 working days for royal Mail Special, or Royal Mail 1st Class. Please allow 5-7 days for Royal Mail second class if chosen.

Worldwide Shipping will take longer, FedEx is our main courier and their Estimate on their Worldwide Express Service is 2-4 days. Please allow up to 15  working days for their service.

Any orders which are undeliverable due to an error in the customers postal address, in which they have filled out on checkout, once returned to PokiChloe Ltd, will be stored at PokiChloe Ltd until a further new postage fee is paid to have them redistributed to the correct address. Alternatively the buyer will be entitled to a refund at this point, minus the original cost to PokiChloe Ltd of the postage, unless the item/s is/were opened in the first instance.

Returns and refunds

Returns are allowed on items purchased (excluding live event / Live stream items) within 48hours of receipt. These will be sent back to us fully tracked and signed at the risk and cost of the buyer. After being provided with the tracking number and proof of posting, upon their safe return back to Pokichloe Ltd, items will be fully refunded onto the method used  to originally pay, using the refund service Wix have integrated on their websites. This refund excludes the original postage amount paid by PokiChloe Ltd to send the items.

Returns are not available on any live event / live stream purchases. Refunds are not available the 48hours prior to a live event. day of the event, or any day after the event. Refunds are available any time before the 48hours prior to a live event time and date. this allows time to resell the item before  the event goes live.
